C:RP 1.3 R1



Removed admin names appearing above everybody's head
Fixed DMV checkpoint bug
Relocated spawn point so that (hopefully) you will not die upon spawning
Fixed Weapon Smuggler checkpoint bug
Relocated DMV icon
Added new mapping (A big thank you to Khalifa for the mapping.)
Added NRG's for new players at spawn point
Added new Cluckin' Bell Delivery job
Added injured system
Added new administrator command
